Coaches undertaking any of the Level 5 Diplomas are required to select three approved electives. The following electives from those shown above are approved as diploma electives.

For example: a student enrols into the Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching and by selecting Gut Health and Women's Health & Hormones as two of the three electives, they gain a dual qualification in Women's Health at no extra expense.

THERE ARE TOO MANY OPTIONS: HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE BEST ONES FOR ME? ▼​
If you are in the private student study group you might like to ask your fellow students what they did and what they liked about their choices. Or, just call the office and we can chat about the choices.
CAN I DO MORE THAN THREE?
Absolutely! Lot's of students come back later and do more training with us. We encourage our graduates to stay up-to-date by doing around 50 hours of additional training every two years.
CAN I START MY BUSINESS ELECTIVE EARLY SO I CAN SETUP MY DIGITAL PRESENCE BEFORE I GRADUATE? ▼​
Awesome idea! We encourage you to begin thinking about your digital presence before you graduate, so you can start doing your business modules well before you finish. Have your website or social media page ready to go so you can hit the ground running!!!
DO YOU ADD NEW ONES? ▼​
We sure do! We add new electives every year.
DO I HAVE TO DO THE ELECTIVES IN ANY ORDER? ▼​
No, you can choose which electives, and when. You might start with a subject that helps build your business or business idea. For example, you might take the Designing a Healthy Lifestyle Program as your elective first so that you can create your program and have it ready before you graduate. And, you may leave the business coaching as your last subject so you can review your website before you launch it.
WHEN CAN I START MY ELECTIVES? ▼​
As long as you've completed at least the first two core units then you can jump in and start your electives. If your program has the unit - Wellbeing Management and Coaching Practices, we just recommend you do not leave this unit as your last unit. Some students like to tick off all of their core units first while others like to mix it up - it depends on your preference and also your time schedule as the electives are slightly smaller than the core units.
