Physical & Mental Health Programs Credit Achievement
Well College Global is able to provide expert presenters who can come to site to provide 'toolbox talks' to meet the Green Star Building (Green Building Council Australia) criteria of:
- Healthy eating and active living
- Decreasing psychological stress
- Suicide prevention
- Reducing harmful alcohol and tobacco consumption and avoid drug use
- Understanding depression
OUR PRESENTERS
Our presenters hold extensive qualifications and experience in life coaching, wellbeing and physical fitness, plus masters degrees in their fields.
Our wellbeing presenter, Don Singe, has 20+ years as Head of Performance in the National Rugby League, he now presents, mentors and coaches elite athletes, coaches and corporate leaders in construction, mining, state and federal police, real estate and services.
Our mental health consultant, has 15+ years in training and education in the public sector, she has extensive experience in wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention and is a fully accredited mental health first aid trainer and is able to deliver short mental health and suicide prevention sessions through to accredited 2-day mental health workshops.

OUR PROCESS
Well College can create, run (with little disruption) and report on relevant needs analysis and evaluations that are required to evidence your projects Green Star accreditation application. Programs also address the 'triggers' around the highly specific mental health challenges in construction as evidenced in the Mates In Construction studies, including workplace cultures that place barriers in the way of discussion of problems with peers, job security challenges, work stress and more.
Our project manager, Michele Cooper comes from 30+ years in state and local government delivering a range of high profile projects from environmental to cultural, coupled with our mental health team, she will ensure your project runs smoothly and meets all requirements, that the process is stress-free; you'll be supported throughout including through the reporting and evidencing process.
