ENROLMENT INTO OUR COURSES In accessing and undertaking a course with Well College Global you agree to absolve and indemnify Well College Global, its staff, students, affiliates, partners, ambassadors against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal costs) and damages that may arise out of claims resulting from your accessing a free coaching session, course, class or webinar, including without limitation to any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these Ts and Cs. You agree that WCG is not liable for accidents, delays, harm, loss, injury, damage, death, loss of profit, interruption to business or personal life, disease (physical and mental), or any other type of loss or damage due to any act or default by WCG or anyone acting as a coach, agent, employee, consultant, affiliate, partner, director, or anyone affiliated with WCG.
'NON-EXPIRING SUBJECTS' AND 'TIMELESS SUBJECTS' AND 'LIFETIME' The term ‘non-expiring, ‘timeless’ and 'lifetime' refers to the enduring nature of a subject. Subjects and qualifications remain current as long as they are not archived or superseded in order to maintain content currency. Any enduring nature is also limited by the existing ownership, management and structure of Well College Global. Where there is a change in ownership, management or College structure the nature and length of access to sites, courses, classes, webinars, programs and qualifications may alter. Access to courses requires students to be remain an 'active student', that is the student is progressing at least one subject each year unless otherwise agreed by WCG). In order to maintain our systems, graduates will have ongoing access up until they become an inactive user in the system, that is where the user has not logged into the course, class or program for more than 12 months. Where an individual defers or withdraws, lifetime access will expire. Where an individual is no longer deemed a current user (now an 'inactive user') subjects and access to other areas will expire.
Access may be denied where a student or graduate engages in unethical, unlawful or inappropriate behaviour (written or otherwise) in relation to their scope of practice or standards required to maintain student or graduate status.
LIVE CLASSES Active students and graduates attending live classes or webinars hosted or provided by WCG indemnify the college and the host of all liability, damages and costs relating to damages. Any advice given in these classes is of a general nature. Attendees should seek further advice in relation to any query or health concern they or others they are inquiring for from a suitably qualified professional. Access to the live classes is ongoing where a student remains an active student in a coaching program, or has graduated from Well College Global and remains an active user.
COACHING/MENTORING SESSIONS AND PRO BONO SESSIONS In accessing and undertaking a pro bono session with one of our student-coaches or coaches, or undertaking a coaching or mentoring session with one of our coaches you agree to absolve and indemnify Well College Global, its staff, students, affiliates, partners, ambassadors against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal costs) and damages that may arise out of claims resulting from your accessing a free coaching session or course, including without limitation to any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these Ts and Cs. You agree that WCG is not liable for accidents, delays, harm, loss, injury, damage, death, loss of profit, interruption to business or personal life, disease (physical and mental), or any other type of loss or damage due to any act or default by WCG or anyone acting as a coach, agent, employee, consultant, affiliate, partner, director, or anyone affiliated with WCG.
COACHING, MENTORING OR VOLUNTARY WORK UNDERTAKEN WITHIN THE COURSES In undertaking any coaching, mentoring or voluntary sessions, roles or work as part of any subject of study at Well College Global you agree to absolve and indemnify Well College Global, its staff, students, affiliates, partners, ambassadors against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal costs) and damages that may arise out of claims resulting from your provision of free sessions, presentations, workshops or related, including without limitation to any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these Ts and Cs. You agree that WCG is not liable for accidents, delays, harm, loss, injury, damage, death, loss of profit, interruption to business or personal life, disease (physical and mental), or any other type of loss or damage due to any act or default by WCG or anyone acting as a coach, agent, employee, consultant, affiliate, partner, director, or anyone affiliated with WCG. Student coaches are covered for insurance for 'coaching' sessions that relate only to, and as directed by assessment tasks, as set out by WCG. Students working outside of their scope of practice or outside of the defined requirements do so at their own liability and risk and agree that WCG and its staff, instructors and consultants hold no liability and are not liable for any costs relating. Well College Global highly recommends that where insurance is required to undertake the provision of any work, paid or unpaid, in your region, that you seek student insurance.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS Services offered are subject to WCG's acceptance of your order and requests. WCG may suspend or terminate access, password, account, or use of its sites and content without limitation to any order, person or entity if we believe that you have or intent to violate our Ts and Cs. Consequently this may impact on any agreement and/or payment for services. Enrolments and orders are not deemed as 'accepted' until the payment has been successfully processed. WCG may at anytime discontinue, change or suspend any part, offer or feature on our sites or in our content, subject to the fulfillment of any responsibilities to you based on your payment.
DEFERRING STUDENT ACCESS Students who advises WCG (either written or verbally) that they wish to suspend or defer their studies will be suspended from enrolled programs and from Live Classes. Access to individual subjects remain subject to user status. Deferring students will be suspended from all relevant study groups.
The maximum deferment without prior agreement by WCG is 12 months. After such time the user will become and 'inactive user'.
WITHDRAWING In the case where a student withdraws from a subject or program access to the subject/s and programs will be cancelled, this includes access to live classes, webinars and support groups.
SPECIAL OFFERS, DISCOUNTS & SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS/COMPETITIONS Where a student is using a special offer, discount or promotion/competition, transfers to other courses or programs is not possible. Refunds and exchanges are not possible for discounted offers or special promotions. Offers can't be used in conjunction with other offers. Offers are valid on Well College Global courses only. Promotions are not able to be applied to funded applications due to timeline processes which ultimately result in payments occurring well outside the promotional period.
REQUEST TO RE-ACTIVATE COURSES Where a course is archived and no longer functioning it is not possible to re-activate or re-enrol into such courses.
LEGACY DOCUMENTS Legacy documents that are accessed through the Internet are null and void, all information, prices, and discounts are not valid where a relevant document or information on our active website has superseded it. WCG waves responsibility for the retention of legacy documents that are held within the internet.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES WCG websites contain links to third party websites, such links are not under WCG control and defer to the T&Cs of the third party. WCG is not responsible for the content within third party sites.
PRIVACY POLICY
Well College Global knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. At Well College Global, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you apply for membership (including registration for fact sheets or newsletters), enrolling into a course, submitting feedback or assessments, engaging in discussion posts, we may need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and fax number. This enables us to process your application and send you your course materials. We may also ask you for your gender, date of birth, occupation, education background, professional memberships and the number of children you may have. This allows us to tailor our services and quality courses to meet your needs.
When you apply directly to us for one of our courses, we also need to know your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your application and advise you of your student details. We may also required to call a Merchant Facility with your credit card details for authorization before banking. If you apply via one of our agents or distributors we advise you to review their privacy policy also. All credit card details are destroyed immediately after your payment is cleared, we do not hold any financial details beyond this date. Your financial information when provided for purchases made through our e-commerce system are held entirely with the provider and not WCG. If you or your organisation is distributing our courses or other educational material we will also require information such as your ABN for tax purposes as well as details of a contact person. We will also supply you with a memorandum of understanding regarding our relationship. You or your organisations name may be published in promotional material or on our web site to advise students of their access options. Hard copies of personal details including enrolment forms are destroyed to prevent access. If you provide us with feedback, we may publish your comments, but we do so in a way that your identity is kept private, unless you have given us permission otherwise. If you provide information in response to our discussion board or polls, we will aggregate the information you provide with the results of polls conducted and will publish the overall results. Again, we will not do so in a way that identifies you personally. Will Well College Global disclose the information it collects to anyone? Agents: We work with and employ other companies and individuals to perform administrative functions and market courses and services. Account information: We retain your account information while your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate your account. Social media posts by students and graduates - use by Well College Global When you enrol with Well College Global you agree to the use of your social media content, except where your account is set as private. Well College Global will from time-to-time share student and graduate social media content to support the student, to market courses, and to share appropriate health messages. If you do not wish to have your material shared you are required to notify Well College Global by email.
Information storage and security We use data hosting services providers in the United States, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand to host the platforms we require in order to serve your courses and content, as well as to ensure measures to secure your data.
Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our courses and services. For example, when you last opened an email from us and what was said. We use information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for basic digital marketing across Google and Social Media Platforms. We do not sell nor pass on this information.
Request that we stop using your information: Where you request us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we do not have the rights to do so, for example, if you believe an account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this policy. Where you gave us permission to use your information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place at the time. You're welcome to opt-out of the use of your information for marketing purposes, simply email your request, which we will action within 30 days of receipt. If there is delay or dispute as to whether we have the right to continue using your information, we will restrict any further use of your information until the request is honored or the dispute is resolved.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & COURSE TRANSFERS
In accordance with Australian IP laws, refunds and transfers are not possible for any online courses, or content where it is delivered electronically. Please note that where you have downloaded our IP it is not possible to refund you. The learning system denotes all activity and we can clearly document the transfer of IP. In downloading our material you are then in possession of our property and we CANNOT refund you.
Under the law, we are not required to provide a refund for a change of mind.
Where an extenuating circumstances has arisen please direct a email with details and relevant documentation to the office.
Approved refunds or cancellations or transfers will incur an administration fee of 50% of the fee/s received by WCG in the provision of the service, content or goods. Where payment was made via a lending service refunds may be less the fees and charges incurred by WCG
CERTIFIED COACH PROFESSIONAL (CCP) PROGRAM Ts & Cs- DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, TRANSFERS, EXTENSIONS
Students enrolling into the CCP Program are required to pay a $750 non-refundable deposit at least two weeks prior to commencement of classes to retain a place in the appropriate intake.
Withdrawal and transfer period: Withdrawals and transfers out are not possible within 14 days of class commencement for the cohort you are enrolled into.
Students have 30 days from the date of their enrolment/payment to withdraw (must occur within the withdrawal period); a non-refundable deposit of $750 will be retained in lei of the IP that has been released in good faith upon enrolment. Refunds after this time are not possible.
Students have 30 days from the date of their enrolment/payment to request a transfer to another intake, a transfer fee of may apply.
Transfers from the CCP program to alternative programs are not possible.
Transfers to a different intakes are at the discretion of the office and in the best interests of maintaining group cohesion and minimising disruption.
Transfers from the Coaching Foundations Course (or its units) will incur an upgrade fee of the difference between the payment made and the relevant subject.
CCP and it's associated Coaching Foundations Course do not cover the cost of the requirements set out by ICF for ACC or above credentialing (mentoring hours, coaching hours or knowledge test), these must be undertaken externally.
Requests for course extensions are reviewed on an individual basis, but maximum extension periods will be in accordance with accreditation requirements as outlined by the ICF as to ensure student eligibility for credential pathways.
TRANSFERRING YOUR COURSE TO ANOTHER PERSON & TRANSFERRING BETWEEN PROGRAMS In some instances we are able to transfer your enrolment to another person. In this case the same timeline applies to the course as when you started it. Contact the office for details. Students are free to move between programs (but not individual courses, students cannot transfer from one subject/course to another, see above). If you wish to change programs you have 30 days from enrolment (of your first unit/s) to make that change free of charge. However, if within six months you wish to alter your program a $150 admin fee is payable. After this time program transfers must be discussed with the office due to timeline limitations. Refunds are not possible for eCourses, we defer to partners policies where the unit is provided by a partner. In the event that a partner offers a refund Well College Global reserves the right to apply our standard admin fee for altering a program.
CODE OF CONDUCT, REFUSALS, DISMISSALS AND CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES OF SUBJECTS, CLASSES AND PROGRAMS Well College Global reserves the right to cancel a course, or refuse any enrolment as permitted by law. Well College Global reserves the right to adjust fees, vary course requirements or course schedules at any time as deemed necessary. Where a dispute arises Well College Global reserves the right to suspend a students access to the learning system while the dispute is being resolved.
CONDUCT, REFUSALS & DISMISSALS Students and members should conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting the information provided, and the ethics and principles of the course. Students should also not pass on any passwords or other materials under copyright laws. Well College Global reserves the right to refuse entry into any of our courses or to cancel a students enrolment where a student has acted in appropriately or in a manner deemed to be damaging of the Well College Global brand. Refusal of a position in the course is at the discretion of the admissions department should the student not meet the requirements set out. Students and members may be suspended or dismissed from the course according to the gravity of the following circumstances:
Improper conduct.
Using the materials in an unlawful manner.
EXEMPTING OUT OF UNITS OF STUDY IN DIPLOMA PROGRAMS
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) requires evidence of at least 80% successful completion of the learning outcomes and competencies of the subject/s the applicant is seeking an exemption on. A maximum of two RPL subjects from the core units of study is possible. It is not possible to apply for RPL for electives. Well College Global requires the applicant to provide documents that clearly show the learning outcomes from their training college that they have successfully completed so it is possible to mark them off against our learning outcomes. Alternatively, there is the option to sit the assessment task/s for the subject/s that the applicant is seeking credit for. RPL incurs a fee of $150 per subject.
CERTIFICATES
ISSUING COMPLETION CERTIFICATES UNDER PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS Course completion certificates cannot be issued until all course fees (including default fees) are paid in full.
RE-ISSUING OF CERTIFICATES Students whose course/unit is 12 or more months old, who require a re-issued certificate, will incur a replacement fee of $25 AUD.
SCHOLARSHIPS
WCG proudly offers a number of scholarships each year. We look to support individuals who can take their opportunity and run with it to help themselves and others, to make this world a better place for themselves and then for others. Scholarships that exceed 24 months are required to be reassessed and renewed.
Women's Health Coach Scholarship 25% reduction on study fees. There are a maximum of 10 places available each calendar year. Scholarship discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offers, including upfront bundle offers. In accepting an upfront enrolment via scholarship the student understands the discount is based o the full program fee, not the discounted bundle fee.
COMPLAINTS Complaints must be in writing and directed to Well College Global. All complaints are lodged formally and considered by our complaints panel. One of our staff will contact any complaints within three working days of receipt of the complaint. Please note where you have downloaded our IP (as shown by our learning system logs) refunds are NOT possible.
ASSESSMENT GRIEVANCES - STUDENTS Under our quality assurance policy, if you have a grievance regarding the grading process, contact the office by phone or email and ask to speak with the assessor. Recounts are free for a straightforward recalculation of your marks. To have your assessment re-marked by a different assessor there is a $75 fee and this mark (be it increased or decreased) will be taken as your final grade.
GRADING CONSISTENCY Your assessment is graded by a qualified trainer who holds qualifications in nutrition at a post-graduate level, and government approved training and assessment qualifications. Once graded your paper is passed to another assessor who then reviews the document to check that your assessment has been graded consistently and fairly. Finally, your assessment results are placed on your portal and an email is forwarded to you advising you that your results are ready.
PAYMENT PLANS Applicable only to students undertaken a multi-unit program
In accepting the terms of our Recurring Payments and Billing Agreement when you sign up for a recurring payment (either directly with Well College Global or with a third party) you accept our User Agreement. Well College Global may amend this agreement and provide you with 30 days’ prior notice by posting notice of the change on this page of our website. After this 30-day notice period, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to this agreement. Courses will only be provided upon receipt of the signed online agreement that will be provided to you.
Recurring Payments
A Recurring Payment is a payment in which you (as a buyer or a sender of funds) provide an advance authorisation to Well College or a third party (such as a merchant or eBay) for a third party initiated payment, that is a charge to your credit card or debit card directly on a one-time, regular, or sporadic basis. By providing an advanced authorisation for a third party initiated payment, you are giving the third party the ability to collect or reverse variable payment amounts from your Nominated Payment Source until such time as this arrangement is fulfilled.
A new payment plan may incur a $30 establishment fee. Signing the agreement authorises and instruct Well College Global to directly or via a third party to deduct amounts from your Nominated Payment Source for the amounts you agreed to owe and as presented to Well College Global directly or by that third party. You acknowledge and agree that use of Recurring Payments in any form means that these payments may be variable and scheduled to occur at certain times (in the manner agreed in this document). In signing the agreement you acknowledge that you fully understand your payment obligations and will ensure you always have sufficient funds to meet your ongoing commitment to payment.
Where a transaction failure occurs and payment is not made your account will be suspended until such time as you have bought it up-to-date, including any fees and charges. Upon successfully bring your account up-to-date your account will be reinstated.
Non-payment may result in any fees and charges passed onto Well College Global being passed onto you, in some cases an administration fee to alter or amend an agreement or schedule may be payable. The cost of recovery of any outstanding monies is payable by you under this agreement. If your payment defaults and Well College Global or any third party payment gateway needs to manually charge or process the fee again a $20.00 administration fee will apply per attempt.
Payment plans that are halted may attract a pause fee of $30
Payment plans that have been halted and are reinstated may attract a re-establishment fee $30.
Amendments to payment plans incur an administration fee of $20 each time.
PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT (MISSED PAYMENT FEES - as at 7/8/2017) Please read the full Ts & Cs before signing up to a payment plan. Well College Global is committed to ethical and responsible payment plans. Ensure you have money in your account to enable all fees due to be paid. If your payment defaults you will be charged an administration fee of $20 per default. Defaulted accounts will also be suspended until such time as the account is bought up-to-date, including any default fees. The payment plan is an automated system once it is set up; however, to reprocess defaulted payments manual processing is required. We do not want to see students charged fees they need not incur. Completion certificates for you subjects will only be issued to students on payment plans once the unit has been paid for in full. You can either opt to pay off the balance early to get your certificate or you can wait for the payment plan to finish and receive your certificate, feedback and grade after the final payment.
All payment plans are set up in Australian Dollars. If your third party initiated payment requires a currency conversion, the amount of the currency conversion fee will be determined at the time the applicable third party processes your payment and completes the transaction. You acknowledge that the exchange rate determined at the time of each payment transaction will differ and you agree to the future execution of third party initiated payments being based on fluctuating exchange rates.
Payment plans for subjects can overlap in time by a maximum of one month.
Billing Agreement When you establish a Recurring Payment with a Well College Global an establishment fee is applied; you are also entering into a Billing Agreement with Well College Global. By entering into a Billing Agreement you are authorising Well College Global to charge your Nominated Payment Source directly.
Cancelling Recurring Payments Under IP laws Well College Global agrees to provide you with the IP you have purchased under this agreement, as all IP is released at once cancellation is not available, all fees payable must be paid in full as agreed in this document.
