It all started in January 2018 when I decided I really wanted a life change. I always felt like my mission was to help others feel healthier, inside and out, more accomplished and happier That’s why I started the blog and that’s why I chose to become a Health & Nutrition Coach (WCG).
I strongly believe that life only makes sense when we find our purpose and our path. And it's not always easy to leave everything behind and choose to take on new projects and start over. But it's worth it!
One day I chose that I wanted to dedicate myself to something that would make me feel accomplished and complete. May I help even more others be happier, feel more confident, achieve their goals. And so I did! It has been 18 months of learning, a lot of dedication and I feel overwhelmed with love that I can give you all my support and knowledge to find your HAPPINESS.
Yep, I left my whole Math life behind - 1 Bachelors, 1 Masters, 1 Post Grad and 8 years of working life in the field. It's another step! This year has been a year of changes. One of the good ones.
Glory to the most high. Your girl is a certified babe #WomensWellnessCoach
When God anoints you no matter how many times you take a wrong turn he will lead you to your purpose.
Thank you @wellcollegeglobal for being a support system and helping me through this journey. Even when I wanted to give up because life was lifing you all lifted me up and supported. I am so grateful and excited for this new chapter.
I am so grateful for Well College and all the trainers/mentors for the support and being patient with me. It took me a little while to finish my course due to personal reasons. However with the support I received I was able to graduate and succeed.
"Studying at Cadence (now Well College Global) has literally changed my life. It was the starting foundation for this international online coaching business I now run, and I can work from anywhere."
Jema Lee, Women's Menstrual Cycle Coach
"Studying this course was so empowering.... I'm finally here supporting women and doing something that allows me to blossom and I'm happy, fulfilled, and incredibly grateful."
Jessica Illingworth, Maternal Mental Health Coach
The Kindness Couch
Graduate of the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach Certification, and Certified Coaching Professional Program
"WCG has given me such a wonderfully solid foundation for my coaching practice – not only my ability to Coach, but also confidence as a Coach. I have found WCG to be both professional and supportive not only as a student but as a graduate also. The ongoing support of WCG and graduate Coaches means that as a solopreneur I feel like I have a support network and cheerleaders all around me, and for that I am forever grateful."

Candice, Health Coach and founder of The Kindness Couch first came to Well College Global (WCG) in 2017 in search of a fulfilling career change that would benefit her and her young family.
"I had become a mother a few years before I enrolled and found myself at a point where I really felt a pull to creating a career with more personal satisfaction. I realised that by living my life with purpose would not only be rewarding for myself, but it would also set a fantastic example for my children.”
"…Honestly, I just got a really good vibe from Well College Global. I followed my gut and decided to enrol, and I’m so glad I did."
Candice enrolled into the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach Certification program as she saw this as a way to support others in embracing a healthier, simpler approach to health. Candice has said that she was "probably a little naive about what exactly Coaching was at that point", but she was fascinated by the idea of it, and was excited to learn the skills involved in how to best hold conversations with clients to help them reach their goals.
Candice graduated as a Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach, and bean practicing with clients soon after. In 2020 she then enrolled into the Certified Coach Professional program… "I was really wanting to hone my craft – I had realised and witnessed the power of coaching conversations and honestly just wanted to become the best coach I could be."
One of Candice’s favourite things about her studies has been connecting with the other students.
“WCG’s online community is just amazing. It can feel very lonely at times running your own coaching business but the community of coach graduates online is just wonderful. WCG has created a community of coaches who support and lift each other up.”
Candice’s coaching journey has been life changing. “My life is so different and I am so different. I feel excited when I think about work now and feel like there are so many more opportunities ahead of me. I certainly feel happier and more in flow with my life. The Kindness Couch is going fabulously and I am loving each and every minute of it. I am having so much fun with it and absolutely love watching women embrace self-kindness and transform their lives.”
“Studying at WCG was the start of everything for me… I really had no idea how I was going to pivot my career. Studying at WCG gave me a really solid foundation to move forward. I now have full on coaching conversations with myself and coach myself on a daily basis (I also have a fabulous Coach myself), that have led me to having more confidence, feeling more connected to myself, and help me take action each and every day to move closer and closer to my goals.”
Looking forward, Candice has said that the possibilities for her really are endless. “More than anything I am looking forward to supporting more and more women each year to embrace self-kindness and live their lives from their heart. I believe that by supporting women to embrace self-compassion and self-love there is a flow on effect through to their families and the wider community. I’m changing the world one woman at a time and it all started with WCG!.”

READ MORE ABOUT NAT'S STORY
Nat Kollar is a graduate of the Nutrition & Health Coaching program. Having combined her passions for yoga, health, with her thirst for knowledge, Nat now practices as an Empowerment Coach, specialising in helping others change their mindset and develop skills to work towards their goals.
Nat joined the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach Certification program in 2016. Nat already had a strong interest in wellbeing. She was a fully qualified yoga teacher, but found that her commitments to her work as an operations manager left little time to be in the studio. She was searching for a way to be able to help others, to gain further her knowledge and gain confidence in coaching. “I was a trainer & really enjoyed helping people find their inner strength… I was drawn to the health coaching aspect”.
Nat says that her reasons for choosing Well College Global were the level of professionalism and industry recognition the program carries. Graduates all over the globe are able to practice with their clients with confidence, and safely with the appropriate cover for their region. Nat has also read Founder and Director Leanne Cooper’s book; Change the Way You Eat and was intrigued to learn more!
Nat’s favourite things about the program were the well written & thought-out course content, and also the support and ease of the learning portal. Nat was able to explore her interest areas and develop her coaching ‘niche’, choosing electives such as Herbs for Health & Healing.
Nat has since gone on to complete additional studies in life coaching and developed her coaching business online.
“I went on to further my studies in Life Coaching… I now incorporate my Yoga, Life, Nutrition & Health Coaching to empower my clients to a healthier, more balanced, authentic life.”
Nat says that studying with Well College Global was the gateway to where she finds herself today with not only her business but also herself.
“I learnt so much from the course program & the wonderful team behind WCG. Studying at WCG also gave me a great insight into myself & my own needs. My body image changed, there was a greater appreciation & acceptance. I really don’t feel I would be where I am today if is wasn’t for WCG.”
Recently, Nat returned to Well College to complete training to become a Women’s Health & Wellness Coach.
“I am currently studying with WCG to complete their Accredited Women’s Health & Wellness Coaching Program. I am very excited about this qualification and look forward to helping my female clients in the not too distant future.”
Nat is set to be one of the first graduates of this specialised program, that is the first of it’s kind and enables coaches to focus on the factors that shape women’s wellness globally.
