Holding registration or membership with an independent peak body shows a high degree of industry commitment, and holding insurance that specifically reflects your training and its scope of practice should be a consideration in any course you chose. It's critical to have robust registration, and even more robust insurance based on a relevant scope of practice that the training is based on, and that directly reflects the modality it's registered under.
