UNIVERSITY DEGREE PATHWAYS
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN NATUROPATHY OR NUTRITION - AUSTRALIA
Well College has formalised pathways from our Human Nutrition unit to both Torrens University and Endeavour College of Natural Therapies.
Torrens University offers students two block credits for students completing the Human Nutrition unit, this will exempt approved students two whole nutrition subjects, saving thousands of dollars and loads of time off their degrees.
Endeavour College offers one subject credit for the Foundations of Nutrition from the Human Nutrition subject. Plus, students completing Psychology & Wellbeing unit with the Wellbeing Management and Coaching Practices unit may also be eligible for credit the Communications unit.

ADVANCED DIPLOMA PATHWAY
ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN NATUROPATHY OR NUTRITIONAL PRACTICE - AUSTRALIA
Well College has additional study pathway options from the Human Nutrition unit to an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathic Practice and Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Practice at Switch On Health.
We are finding that many of our students either start out with the the Human Nutrition on its own, or enrol into the Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching with this as their first unit to become an Diploma level Nutrition & Health Coach to help put themselves through their degree (you may be able to claim your uni fees through your tax as a working health coach) as well as be immersed in the field of health. It really doesn't get much better than that.

Students who also complete Psychology & Wellbeing Foundations and Wellbeing Management & Coaching Practices (both are compulsory units in our health coaching programs) may be eligible for an additional credit for Foundations of Communication and Counselling (SOFC111) or Wellness Practices (BIOW3) at Endeavour College for the above degree and certificate options.
Students who also complete Psychology & Wellbeing Foundations and Wellbeing Management & Coaching Practices (both are compulsory units in our health coaching programs) may be eligible for an additional credit for Foundations of Communication and Counselling (SOFC111) or Wellness Practices (BIOW3) at Endeavour College for the above degree and certificate options.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
We recommend you discuss your intended pathway with Endeavour College or ACPE as there are some entry requirements for Australian degrees that have been newly introduced. Please note as of January 2018 entrance into Australian Universities may have requirements. You may be required to:
- Hold HSC
- Have a Cert IV (in any field of study)
- Submit a resume demonstrating your suitability for the degree (as a mature age student with no formal qualifications)
- Have completed a year of higher education study (including new-step or open foundation years)

Endeavour College of Natural Health is one of the few colleges which offer a degree in nutrition that is recognised by the Nutrition Society of Australia who are the industry body for Associate and Registered Nutritionists in Australia.

HOW LONG DOES THE PATHWAY OPTION LAST?
Advanced standing from our courses to Endeavour's programs lasts eight years on the proviso that the student can provide evidence of continued education in the field of study during that period. Students who haven't maintained continuing education over that time have up to three years (in accordance with VET currency of skills and knowledge) to utilise their pathway option.
CREDIT POINTS OFFERED BY ENDEAVOUR
In completing our Certificate of Human Nutrition and both of our coaching units (Psychology, Behaviour & Wellbeing unit plus Wellbeing Management & Health Coaching Practices) you will earn 6 credit points towards the nutrition and naturopathic degrees at Endeavour College. Switch on Health Advanced Diploma programs are accredited with the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society. (ATMS), and allow you to become an ATMS accredited Nutritionist or Naturopath at a fraction of the cost of a degree.
Human Nutrition provides complete credit towards the following subjects with Switch on Health:
*Switch on Health recognises prior learning for up to 10 years. An RPL application fee applies. Please contact the provider directly for any further information.
Switch on Health Advanced Diploma programs are accredited with the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society. (ATMS), and allow you to become an ATMS accredited Nutritionist or Naturopath at a fraction of the cost of a degree.
