NUTRITION FOR ATHLETES IN ONE SHORT COURSE  

This industry recognised sports nutrition course is based on the latest research but presented in a practical and easy to follow format.  Developed by a nutritionist who worked extensively with elite athletes from various sports such as tennis, rugby union and rugby league, this course is not just theory it is based on real clinical situations with actual cases from elite athletes. 
Additional support is offered by the 2x NRL Premiership winning Sea Eagles Head of Performance, and Sports Performance Manager numerous National Rugby League sides, Don Singe, for those looking for additional information on strength and conditioning.
