HEY HEALTH COACH, CAN YOU CONFIDENTLY TELL PEOPLE WHAT YOU DO? I’ll be honest, answering that question ‘so what do you do’ took me many years to find just what it is I wanted to say. Finding my professional mantra and really owning it didn’t come easy, in part because Well College Global kept morphing (I’m not complaining though); just as I thought I had what it was I did sussed, things changed up a gear. Nutritionist… educator… author… D all of the above? How can you expect people to sign up for your professional expertise if you can’t articulate it? DEEP DIVE INTO YOUR MANTRA JOURNEYIf you are starting out in business, or just now getting a roll on it’s time to get on board and get it sorted!!! We’ve a fantastic personalised webinar that will help you do just that. Expert business mentor, Lorna Stewart, will skillfully set you on the right path. Here’s a quick insight into how Lorna will take you on a journey into your own ‘why’ and lead you out the other side to your personal and professional mantra. Set yourself apart from the rest of the throng and really step into your life as a confident and successful coach changing the lives of others. Lorna skillfully invites you to deep dive into three key areas in your journey of creating a coaching business: 1. Your business vision 2. Aligning your unique offer with what your ideal client wants most 3. Your compelling business mantra, or you could also say, your message And, since these three areas all work synergistically together, you’ll be feel free to start with the one that most inspires you … or most challenges you! TURNING INTO YOUR STILL, SMALL VOICEYou’ll be invited to explore these key areas as much as possible from an inner space, in the small group setting you’ll be enabled to listen to that ‘still, small voice’, and tap into your authentic knowing and wisdom. Stilling those all too often louder voices of judgement, cynicism and fear by crowding them out! You’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself to ‘double click’ and to take a fresh look at what you do and why, to use your courage and curiosity to gain a wider or alternative perspective, and to draw a new acceptance of what you may have previously dismissed. What can arise are completely new ideas of how you might approach your developing, dynamic, organic coaching business. YOUR COMPELLING VISIONCrafting and deeply connecting to a compelling vision for your business will inspire you, and provide the motivation and energy to take your idea out into the world in order to realise your highest potential. In the session you begin with the big picture … in three big steps: WHAT'S YOUR WHY?Lorna expresses that our vision is deeply connected to our passion, our purpose and our values. Our purpose and values in turn are connected to who we truly are, our ‘Truest Self’, and are the reason WHY we do what we do. When we are doing work that profoundly matters to us, we are the best version of ourselves, and we naturally feel more fulfilled. A successful business needs clients, and potential clients are most likely to be attracted to you when they can sense and connect with your passion, purpose and values. WHAT'S YOUR UNIQUE VALUE?New coaches starting out often hold the viewpoint that everyone can benefit from coaching. Yes, there is some validity in this, but operating from this premise can often create hit-and-miss results! The profession of coaching is growing rapidly, and there are increasing numbers of coaches looking for clients. It’s vital for us to differentiate ourselves in some way. We’re not here to work with everyone! Therefore, we need to get really clear about 2 things: 1. What we’re offering, and 2. Who wants it! You’ll spend a great deal of time working on this … what makes your offer unique? Sessions: From Idea to Marketplace: Develop your business vision and mantra will be on late November. Lorna is also about to release her Unlocking Your Entrepreneurial Vision. AuthorLeanne Cooper is the Founder and Director of Well College Global. Registered nutritionist and mother of two. By being more organized and managing your time better, you may boost your confidence significantly. Spend some time planning meetings' goals, what you want to say, and how the time will be used; this will help you avoid the unexpected and, ultimately, the dread that feeds lack of confidence. You should feel comfortable to take charge and discuss an agenda in advance because both clients and coworkers respond favorably to them. This will help you keep on task throughout the meeting.
