Our very own amazing coach-nutritionist, Melissa Ensink hosted a webinar presenting simple tips for being more plant-based with your dietary choices. You can enjoy this session and learn how to create a more plant-based diet with ease, balance and joy by clicking the link below. Melissa explored the different types of diets, the benefits across all different life cycles, and the key nutrients to consider in moving towards plant-based nourishment.
