Chocolate Avocado Mousse |
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled and seed removed 1 banana (mashed) 4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 g vegan melted dark chocolate (cooled 3 tablespoons coconut cream Fresh fruit to serve (recommend strawberries) 3 tablespoons cacao/cacao powder Method: 1.Place all ingredients in the jug of a blender and process for a couple of minutes, until smooth. 2.Divide and scoop mousse equally into 4x250ml capacity glasses/jars. 3.Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serve topped with fresh fruit. |
