Wheatgrass Elixir

Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh cold pressed apple juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed wheatgrass
3/4 tablespoons fresh cold pressed ginger juice
1/2 teaspoon cold pressed turmeric juice
Method
Combine ingredients together and drink immediately after
Growing Wheatgrass
  1. Soak ½ cup wheatgrass seeds in a bowl of water overnight
  2. Drain and rinse seeds in fresh water and allow to germinate for 10-12 hours in a jar with damp kitchen paper.
  3. Fill a seedling tray with soil and sprinkle seeds on top of the soil, spreading them evenly.
  4. Water the seedlings and cover, allowing them to take root.
  5. Water regularly throughout the growing phase ensuring not to over water to reduce possibility of mould
  6. Cut the wheatgrass with scissors above the soil after 7-10 days (when the grass is around 10-15cm tall)
