Chia, Banana, Buckwheat & Egg Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
2 tablespoons buckwheat
2 tablespoons chia
Butter
Method
Put all ingredients together in a bowl and beat together until combined.
Preheat a frying pan over a medium to low heat and brush with a small amount of butter.
Using a small measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the hot frying pan.
Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes and flip.
Cook on the other side until golden brown in colour.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining mixture, adding butter when necessary
