Lorna skillfully invites you to deep dive into three key areas in your journey of creating a coaching business:
1. Your business vision
2. Aligning your unique offer with what your ideal client wants most
3. Your compelling business mantra, or you could also say, your message
And, since these three areas all work synergistically together, you’ll be feel free to start with the one that most inspires you … or most challenges you!
Tuning into your still, small voice
You’ll be invited to explore these key areas as much as possible from an inner space, in the small group setting you’ll be enabled to listen to that ‘still, small voice’, and tap into your authentic knowing and wisdom. Stilling those all too often louder voices of judgement, cynicism and fear by crowding them out!
You’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself to ‘double click’ and to take a fresh look at what you do and why, to use your courage and curiosity to gain a wider or alternative perspective, and to draw a new acceptance of what you may have previously dismissed. What can arise are completely new ideas of how you might approach your developing, dynamic, organic coaching business.

Crafting and deeply connecting to a compelling vision for your business will inspire you, and provide the motivation and energy to take your idea out into the world in order to realise your highest potential.

What’s your why?
Lorna expresses that our vision is deeply connected to our passion, our purpose and our values. Our purpose and values in turn are connected to who we truly are, our ‘Truest Self’, and are the reason WHY we do what we do. When we are doing work that profoundly matters to us, we are the best version of ourselves, and we naturally feel more fulfilled. A successful business needs clients, and potential clients are most likely to be attracted to you when they can sense and connect with your passion, purpose and values.
What’s your unique value?
New coaches starting out often hold the viewpoint that everyone can benefit from coaching. Yes, there is some validity in this, but operating from this premise can often create hit-and-miss results! The profession of coaching is growing rapidly, and there are increasing numbers of coaches looking for clients. It’s vital for us to differentiate ourselves in some way. We’re not here to work with everyone! Therefore, we need to get really clear about 2 things:
