“Be authentic” is the catch cry. Be genuine and real.
This will give you depth in your connections, substance in your conversations and truth in your interactions.
However, to be genuine and real requires you to be yourself—your true self.
So, questions I ask you:
We all have a connection to our true self. The core of you, where our beauty, trust, confidence, belief, understanding, light and love lie. This is where we truly know what is right and true for ourselves; this is where you live from your truth and you value you.
The process to rediscover our true self is exactly that – a process. A process that has some of the following layers of phases you will travel through on the path back to you.
REMEMBER…THE TRUE YOU?
Remember, the moment in time when you felt totally connected to who you truly are? When you felt free, secure and everything felt so right? When you knew you were you?
This is your reference point to support you to reconnect to your true self.
"Over the years, we can become separated from our true self. We become conditioned with ingrained patterns of behaviours, thinking, emotional reactions and physical processing."
LET’S UNRAVEL THE CONDITIONED YOU
Over the years, we can become separated from our true self. We become conditioned with ingrained patterns of behaviours, thinking, emotional reactions and physical processing.
While these conditioned ways protect us from ourselves, they also keep our emotions and aspects of the true self suppressed.
Our conditioning controls us and prevents us from being our true self, from trusting and accepting ourselves fully, and from expressing our full potential. Instead, we don’t fit in, we rescue others and give our personal power away.
Unravelling involves unlearning processes within you, that are not true and right for you.
HOW CAN WE HEAL OUR IMPACTED SELF?
The conditioning we experience impacts our emotional, mental, physical, physiological, energy and spiritual processing. Situations in our past create patterns of reactionary, unconscious processing.
The echoes of this processing travel across time to influence us now, it influences what we see, hear, how we interpret things, act, communicate and our decision making.
To heal these parts of ourself it requires us to remember the situation our processing stems from, the age we were, what happened and why.
Then we can accept and heal this part of ourselves.
RECONNECT--TO THE REAL YOU!
As you unravel and heal what has had a hold on you, you create the space within you, to remember, see and reconnect to the natural and real parts of you from the situation.
You reconnect to the amazing qualities that are true to you.
CONNECT--ALL THE POTENTIAL WITHIN YOU
Now your processing becomes freer; you hear your truth more clearly, you know what is true and right for you, and you consciously express more of you. And, wonderfully so, you begin to discover and connect to the not yet known parts of the true you.
This is the potential within you, waiting to be expressed by you!!!
