“We are here to love, serve & nurture. From a series of life events and possible past life events, I believe it’s my purpose and calling to help others realize their inspired destiny and live a better quality of life naturally. I do this be educating you on holistic wellness and understanding how the body works and having the courage to work with it, instead of blocking symptoms. They’re the solution, not the problem.
Courage comes from the French word “Le couer” (the heart) and to have courage means you act with heart and love. My last name is Lew. It’s a Polish word which was probably “Lev”. Lev is a Hebrew word for “heart”. I do all things with great heart. Love is the answer but real love is found from a deep love for ourselves in acceptance of our own life’s purpose and path, and how we can use that last stage of healing to serve others more.
I became qualified as a certified Food, Lifestyle and Wellness Coach through Well College as a part scholarship student. It was the first time they’d ever done anything like this. I was a new single mother, wanting to break free and live my own life with my own qualifications is the health profession. I had owned and ran a wellness centre for thirteen years prior and needed to be able to study from home whilst my son could be around me as he was only three or four at the time.
I’m a best selling author and have seven books now. I was always an expert and speaker but wanted to gain more knowledge in nutrition and this course was very comprehensive. I also loved the wellness coaching aspect and how I could make a difference by forward pacing and building someone’s self efficacy and confidence from the work I’m now trained to do, has been rewarding.
I’m now speaking to millions in TV shows in the US and Australia with the information from my books, but will always say ‘yes’ to the grass roots of what I do and see clients one on one any time.
It’s so important to educate others that we can lead a better quality of life, naturally.”
