How to choose your next wellness step based on what your body is asking for
If you’ve taken the Wellness Quiz, you’ve already explored a few of the biggest conversations happening in modern wellbeing: body clocks, red light therapy, microplastics, low-tox living, movement snacks, sleep, recovery and healthy ageing. And you may have had a few “aha” moments along the way. Maybe you realised that better sleep starts long before bedtime. Maybe you were surprised that a red glow isn’t always red light therapy. Maybe you started thinking more carefully about fragrance, plastics or what you use around food and drink. Or maybe you simply noticed that your body has been giving you clues for a while. That’s where health optimisation begins. Not with doing everything. Not with chasing every trend. Not with turning your life into a full-time wellness project. It begins with understanding what your body is asking for, then choosing the next step that makes the most sense. |
