PILLAR 2: The Therapeutics of Yoga
We’ll cover over 50+ foundational techniques, including postures, breathing, mantra, kirtan, and relaxation. We’ll also help you develop your authentic voice as a teacher.
Teaching Methodology

Design and facilitate effective classes for a variety of different students and settings (such as one-on-one’s, group classes, workshops, and retreats).

PILLAR 3; The Integration of Yoga
Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle Yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat. COACH TESTIMONIALS

"I tapped into spirituality at certain points in my life but never had a regular practice. I was always searching for guidance, certainty and knowing. I looked in all places outside of myself. I went to mediums, tarot readers, did online quizzes and learnt about the chakras but didn't know that this wisdom comes from within. I didn't know it at the time, but this is what I was searching for, and this is what I have connected to throughout the process of study and coaching in Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching. Not only have I learnt to become a transformational coach, but I have transformed myself. I have healed old wounds, anxiety, addiction, burnout and now have a deeper wisdom about my body, mind and spirit.”

- STEFFI

"I found the information in this course highly beneficial and informative. I feel highly informed on the disease process in the body, which is usually unrecognized or unseen. Using this knowledge, I believe I am confident in identifying early imbalances in my body. It is even more reassuring to know that each disease can potentially be prevented from further aggravation and/or treated using the various natural/traditional Ayurvedic methods. In fact, I took comfort by knowing that the treatments take a holistic approach by understanding each individual from the core; using a combination of nature’s natural processes and herbal remedies which heal the body from inside out rather than treating the symptoms only.”

- STUDENT, BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA

"The first thing that comes to mind is how all this information can be applied to coaching. The content is well-organized and clearly explained, making it easy to see how the concepts can be put into practice.”

- SAMANTHA
