Coach Training for Professional Accreditation

Develop the practical skills to coach professionally through an immersive blend of live training, mentoring, observation and peer coaching.

21 live coach mentoring classes designed to cover International Coach Federation (ICF) competencies at a PCC level, so those coaches seeking an ICF credential are ready and confident to sit their performance evaluation (optional) in the last week of term.

This internationally recognised, ICF-accredited course is your pathway to becoming a confident, capable coach ready to work globally or build your own practice. Led by Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC), Nikki Spagnolo, and a team of experienced ICF professionals, you'll train in small, supportive cohorts designed for deep connection and personal growth.

You’ll cover core ICF PCC-level competencies and finish with the confidence to coach professionally — whether privately, in corporate wellness, or through your own brand.

Assessment

This unit is an immersive and experiential learning experience. There are no essays or exams within this unit. You'll demonstrate your growth and coaching capacity throughout the training through coaching application, private mentoring sessions and attendance.

ICF Requirements

  • Attend at least 80% of classes.
  • Complete three 1:1 personal mentoring sessions.
  • Complete reflective tasks throughout the training to demonstrate your coaching growth.

Applying for Your ICF Credential

When applying to ICF, you'll submit your Level 1 certificate from Well College Global along with a coaching log of 100 hours as part of your credential application.

Depending on your availability, you may be able to gain most or even all of your coaching hours during your training. Alternatively, you can continue completing your hours after your training.

ICF credentialing and membership costs are separate from the CCP program fee.

1. Is this course ICF accredited, and what does that mean for me?
Yes, our certification is accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT).
