Britney, known as "The PMDD Chick," is a dedicated Women's Health Coach specializing in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). Drawing from her own experience overcoming severe PMDD, she has become a trusted source of support and knowledge for women facing this often misunderstood condition.

Karen is a recovering perfectionist who spent many years striving to meet her own ‘unrelenting standards’ in her work and personal life. She climbed the corporate ladder for more than two decades, experiencing chronic stress and anxiety, and at the end of 2020 she had a burnout, which brought her to her physical and emotional knees. Since then, she has rebuilt her life to where she is today, living the much calmer and balanced life that she has, deep down, always wanted to live, with happiness in all areas, not just work.

For 24 years Zoe was a doctor, retiring in 2018. In 2011, age 42, Zoe had a stroke, she received medical care asap and had a remarkable recovery. That experience inspired me to improve my health and well-being.
As a past doctor and patient of the system, she had profound respect for modern medicine. Her journey taught her to prioritise self-care as the cornerstone of good health and prevention of disease. Every aspect of health is important - nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, social connection, having purpose - and they all influence each other. |
