NAT KOLLAR

Nat Kollar is a graduate of the Nutrition & Health Coaching program. Having combined her passions for yoga, health, with her thirst for knowledge, Nat now practices as an Empowerment Coach, specialising in helping others change their mindset and develop skills to work towards their goals.
Nat joined the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach Certification program in 2016. Nat already had a strong interest in wellbeing. She was a fully qualified yoga teacher, but found that her commitments to her work as an operations manager left little time to be in the studio. She was searching for a way to be able to help others, to gain further her knowledge and gain confidence in coaching. “I was a trainer & really enjoyed helping people find their inner strength… I was drawn to the health coaching aspect”. Nat says that her reasons for choosing Well College Global were the level of professionalism and industry recognition the program carries. Graduates all over the globe are able to practice with their clients with confidence, and safely with the appropriate cover for their region. Nat has also read Founder and Director Leanne Cooper’s book; Change the Way You Eat and was intrigued to learn more! Nat’s favourite things about the program were the well written & thought-out course content, and also the support and ease of the learning portal. Nat was able to explore her interest areas and develop her coaching ‘niche’, choosing electives such as Herbs for Health & Healing. Nat has since gone on to complete additional studies in life coaching and developed her coaching business online. “I went on to further my studies in Life Coaching… I now incorporate my Yoga, Life, Nutrition & Health Coaching to empower my clients to a healthier, more balanced, authentic life.” Nat says that studying with Well College Global was the gateway to where she finds herself today with not only her business but also herself. “I learnt so much from the course program & the wonderful team behind WCG. Studying at WCG also gave me a great insight into myself & my own needs. My body image changed, there was a greater appreciation & acceptance. I really don’t feel I would be where I am today if is wasn’t for WCG.” Recently, Nat returned to Well College to complete training to become a Women’s Health & Wellness Coach. “I am currently studying with WCG to complete their Accredited Women’s Health & Wellness Coaching Program. I am very excited about this qualification and look forward to helping my female clients in the not too distant future.” Nat is set to be one of the first graduates of this specialised program, that is the first of it’s kind and enables coaches to focus on the factors that shape women’s wellness globally.
